CNC machining mass production advantages
CNC machining is fast and the surface quality of the samples is good. After finishing the surface spraying, screen printing and electroplating process, it is even more brilliant than the product produced by the open mold. CNC technology is applicable to a wide variety of materials. ABS, POM, PC, PA, metal and other materials can be used for machining samples to meet the needs of different customers. In particular, specimens machined from high-quality, high-density engineering materials have unmatched strength and toughness.
CNC batch machining requirements:
1.Product use: For research projects, gift customization, souvenirs and other products. Only a dozen or a few hundred units are required, and mass production is not required through mold-opening tools. CNC machining can be used to save costs and shorten cycle times.
2.The market demand for the product is uncertain: For example, the market demand for a newly developed product has not yet been predicted.
3.The product is immature: If the product has just been developed, the product structure or appearance design is not reasonable enough, etc.
4.Cost problem: Corresponding to the capital turnover problem or market risk encountered by some companies or individuals in the early stage, if they cannot put into mass production first, they can only perform CNC small batch machining first;
6.Product machining problems: For example, due to the particularity of product structure and size, it is impossible to open the mold, but there is still a market, and small batch machining must be CNC.
