What problems will occur if the CNC machining process is not arranged properly
1. Excessive decentralization of CNC machining processes
The reasons for this problem are fear of complexity (referring to preparation time), simple programming, simplified operation and processing, easy adjustment of knife settings using one knife, and general processing habits. This makes it difficult to ensure product quality (shape tolerance) and productivity cannot be fully utilized. Therefore, CNC machining staff and operators should have a comprehensive understanding of CNC machine tool processing knowledge, try more to master relevant knowledge, and try to use a process-centralized method for processing. It will take a few times to use it, and of course it will reflect its advantages. After the process was centralized, the company’s processing time was improved. We arranged the two machines and equipment close to each other, allowing one person to operate both machines. The efficiency was greatly improved, and the quality was also well guaranteed.
2. The CNC machining sequence is unscientific
Some CNC machining operators consider some preparation problems and often arrange the processing sequence in an extremely unscientific manner. CNC machining is generally carried out according to the rules of general mechanical processing technology, such as roughing first and then thinning (changing tools), first inside and then outside, and effectively selecting the drilling parameters, so that quality and efficiency can be improved.
